Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
A prospect is anyone you add to a campaign. Each unique email address counts as one prospect, regardless of how many times you email them in a sequence. Prospects you remove and re-add count again.
You'll hit a soft cap first — we'll warn you and let you decide whether to upgrade or pause outreach. We don't silently throttle you. If you consistently need more, Scale and Enterprise plans have much higher limits (or unlimited).
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to the plan you choose. If you don't cancel, you're charged at the end of the trial.
You pay upfront for the year and save 20%. The price shown is per month, but you're charged the full annual amount at checkout. No refunds after 14 days.

GhostFeed connects to your existing inbox via IMAP/SMTP. Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, custom domains — if it supports SMTP, it works. We don't require you to use any specific email provider.
